How do I set up a Conference?

	Make up your own 6 digit PIN CODE
	Inform Conference attendees of your chosen PIN and the Conference Time
	Call 0844 445 7475
	Enter the PIN when prompted
	Press 1
	Start the Conference

What are the Caller Options?

If you Press 1 you get
	1: To start a new conference
	2: To listen to recordings of previous conferences
If you Press 2 you get
	1: To listen to the voice noticeboard
	2: To add a new item to the noticeboard
If you Press 3 you get
	1: To dial a number and record a call
	2: To listen to recordings of previous calls

How much does it Cost?

There is no setup fee, nor is there a need to signup for anything. All calls are charged at the rate of 5p including VAT per minute from a standard UK landline. Mobiles may attract a higher charge - please check with your provider. Call charges will appear on the bills of individual conference attendees.

Can anyone access the Conference or is it Private?

Only participants who have been provided with the PIN CODE can join the conference, no-one else has access.

What is a Voice Noticeboard?

The Voice Message Noticeboard service allows a caller to leave messages for later access. Callers can retrieve messages by selecting the relevant option and using the phone keypad to scroll back and forth through messages.
